Purposes and objects of the Association Cecina Promotion
The sun, the olives, the hill, the lake; the symbol of 'Cecina Promotion' is just like a programme. It was founded in June 1989 as a cultural, artistical association without aims of profit, politically indipendant, however orientated towards the European Union, with a totally voluntary character.
What are the aims?
The promotion of culture, art, history and the beauty of the natural environment of Cecina and the territory of Toscolano Maderno.
The safeguarding of historical surroundings and architecture.
The promotion of the communication between the local residents, Italian visitors and foreign guests and tourists in the Lake Garda area.
The association may persue the realisation of these objects with any suitable means of publicity and invites everyone to join who is sensible to above aims, regardless of his or her nationality.
The members are divided in different categories: founder, ordinary, supporting and honorary members with obviously various contribution fees which present the basic income of the organisation.
Public and private institutions as well as private and public companies
Can also become a member if supporting the aims of the association.
There are many projects and ideas. We ask for support and good suggestions so that 'Cecina Promotion' will be everyone's association. The symbol with the sun, the olives, the hill and the lake are not there by chance. It's a symbol which looks at the past with a firm view into the future!
